5. Payment Terms

For Custom Development Projects

Typical payment structure:

• 50% Advance Payment
• 30% During Development
• 20% Before Final Delivery

AppsStudio reserves the right to pause project work if scheduled payments are not received.

6. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on the information available at the time of quotation. Delivery schedules may change due to:

• Change requests
• Delayed client approvals
• Third-party dependencies
• Technical challenges beyond reasonable control

7. Change Requests

Any modifications beyond the approved scope may be treated as a Change Request. Additional costs and delivery timelines may apply for change requests.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client shall own the final delivered software, design, or application unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• AppsStudio reserves the right to use project screenshots or non-confidential work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-party libraries, APIs, themes, plugins, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees:

• Not to use the software for illegal activities.
• Not to violate intellectual property rights.
• Not to distribute unauthorized copies of software developed by AppsStudio.
• To maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information.

10. Support & Maintenance

Support services may include:

• Bug Fixes
• Technical Assistance
• Minor Updates

Support does not include:

• New Features
• Major Design Changes
• Third-Party Service Issues
• Server Administration (unless included in the agreement)

11. Hosting & Third-Party Services

AppsStudio may recommend or integrate third-party services such as:

• Hosting Providers
• Cloud Services
• Payment Gateways
• SMS Providers
• Email Providers
• Maps & Location Services

AppsStudio is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

All services and software are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While AppsStudio strives for quality and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with every environment
• Specific business outcomes

13. Limitation of Liability

AppsStudio shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

14. Confidentiality

AppsStudio will maintain confidentiality regarding client data, business information, source files, and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without written consent.

15. Project Cancellation

By Client

If a project is canceled after work has commenced:

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.

By AppsStudio

AppsStudio reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:

• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misconduct
• Violation of these Terms

16. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of software development and design services:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
